Gualter lives in Oakbank, Manitoba with his wife and two hounds. He has over 20 years of experience working as a Business Analyst and Graphic Designer serving the technology sector. 

 

Gualter is the founder of Vetrarblað Kindred with Halls across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Identifying as Pagan or Heathen most of his adult life, he understands the challenges and at times the grim realities facing our religious movement and is always seeking ways to strengthen our communities by celebrating why and how Heathenry makes us better people.

Blessed with a green thumb, he is an avid house plant enthusiast and gardener looking for the next thing to grow in the short growing season of the Canadian Prairies. He is also an artist always exploring new mediums for visual expression. As of late his art has turned to exploring sacred art where the making of art is itself an expression of religiosity.
