Michelle lives in Winnipeg, MB, which is Treaty 1 territory and birthplace of the Métis nation. She is an educator, who specializes in literacy education. Her work has led her to taking on a secondary role of website and social media management.

Michelle has almost 20 years of experience volunteering with Scouts Canada. She recently married her partner of over 10 years, Ian.

Michelle is blessed to practice Heathenry with Vetrarblað kindred. She also runs a Heathen Blog called Hearthside and is active with Heathen Women United. Michelle looks forward to serving the HCC council during this vital stage of development for the organization.
